sudohat@outlook.comWe are CodeForge PK — a software company based in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. Whether you need a custom web application, a point-of-sale system for your restaurant or pharmacy, a hospital management platform, a high-converting website, or a long-term SEO and digital marketing partner — this is the right place to start the conversation.
CodeForge PK was founded in Quetta, Balochistan by two software engineers who were tired of seeing local businesses pay for half-finished software, broken websites, and SEO that never delivered. We started this company to change that — to give businesses in Balochistan, across Pakistan, and beyond access to the same caliber of software craftsmanship you'd expect from a top studio in Karachi, Lahore, Dubai, or London — without the bloat, without the middlemen, and without the surprise invoices.
When you contact CodeForge PK, you are not opening a ticket in a queue. You are starting a real conversation with the people who will design your database schema, write your API, fine-tune your front-end, and watch your analytics on launch day. We work with restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, retailers, wholesalers, schools, real-estate agencies, logistics operators, and ambitious solo founders. Every project — large or small — is treated like the only project we have.
Our team specializes in custom software development, point-of-sale (POS) systems, hospital management systems (HMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), ecommerce platforms, mobile applications, web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing. We use modern, battle-tested stacks — TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Tailwind CSS, and cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, and DigitalOcean — chosen pragmatically per project, never as resume padding.

Meta & Google Ads, landing-page conversion design, email funnels, analytics setup, and honest reporting — no vanity metrics.
Long-term maintenance retainers for software we built (and often for software we didn't). Patches, monitoring, backups, hosting, and feature growth.
We are headquartered in Quetta, Balochistan — and we deliver to clients everywhere modern internet reaches. These are the regions we work with most frequently.
A simple, transparent four-stage process. No mysterious agency jargon. No surprise invoices. Everything is written down before we write a single line of code.
We listen, take notes, and ask the questions that prevent expensive rework later. Output: a written problem statement and high-level scope.
We send a fixed-scope proposal with milestones, timeline, assumptions, and price — usually within 2–4 business days of the discovery call.
Iterative delivery, weekly demos, and shared access to a staging environment. You see progress every week, not just at the end.
We deploy, train your team, transfer credentials, and stay available for bug-fixes, monitoring, and the next round of features.
We're a young company — but the systems we've shipped already serve thousands of patients, customers, and staff every day.
"CodeForge PK rebuilt our patient management platform end-to-end. What used to take hours of paperwork now happens in seconds. The team is responsive, technical, and genuinely cares about the outcome."
— Administration, Civil Hospital Quetta"We needed a POS that could survive a busy Quetta evening rush without crashing. CodeForge delivered something faster and more reliable than the imported software we replaced — for a fraction of the cost."
— Operations Lead, Grocery Express Quetta"Communication was the biggest difference. Every week we knew exactly what shipped, what was next, and why. That kind of transparency is rare in this industry."
— Director, Asia Apparel Group, LahoreQuick answers to the questions clients ask us most.
We are headquartered in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, Pakistan. We're proudly a local Quetta software company — and we serve clients across Pakistan and internationally through remote engagements.
On business days, almost always within a few hours. The hard commitment is one business day. If you have an urgent issue, call or WhatsApp instead of emailing.
Absolutely. Send us an NDA with your inquiry and we'll countersign before our first call. We routinely sign mutual NDAs for healthcare, fintech, and pre-launch products.
For well-scoped work we prefer fixed-price milestones so you know exactly what you're paying. For long-term, evolving products we offer monthly retainers. Ad-hoc work and audits are billed hourly. We always agree on pricing in writing before any work starts.
Yes — frequently. We've delivered work for clients in the GCC, UK, EU, and North America. We accept international payments via bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer, and other standard channels.
You do. Once final payment is received, the IP and source code are transferred fully to you, along with credentials, documentation, and deployment access. No hostage situations, ever.
Yes. We regularly take over poorly-maintained codebases, stabilize them, and either continue feature development or hand them back in a healthier state. We always start with a paid audit so we both know what we're dealing with.
We pick stacks per project, not per fashion. Most commonly: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Laravel/PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Tailwind CSS, Redis, deployed on AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, or DigitalOcean. For mobile we use React Native, Flutter, or native Swift/Kotlin depending on requirements.
For most local businesses — yes, dramatically. Ranking #1 for "best restaurant in Quetta" or "pharmacy near me" can quietly triple foot traffic. We focus on honest, durable SEO (technical health, real content, local citations) — not shortcuts that collapse after the next Google update.
That's a great place to start, actually. Many of our best projects began with a 30-minute call and a napkin sketch. We'll help you scope the smallest version that proves the idea — then grow from there.
We're easy to reach. Visits are by appointment so we can give you our full attention — drop a line first and we'll set a time.
Hiring a software company in Quetta — or anywhere in Pakistan — is a decision that quietly shapes your business for years afterwards. The wrong partner ships something that works on demo day and quietly degrades; the right partner ships something that gets better as your business grows. We built CodeForge PK specifically to be the second kind. Our entire workflow — from how we scope projects, to how we name database columns, to how we ship on production Fridays (we don't, by policy) — is shaped by that single goal: software you'll still be thanking us for in three years.
When you contact us about custom software development in Pakistan, we don't open a template. We start with your business: who your customers are, what your staff actually do all day, where the friction is, what's been tried, what hasn't, and what success actually looks like in numbers. That conversation alone — which is free — often saves clients millions of rupees by surfacing a smaller, sharper version of the project they originally envisioned. We've talked clients out of building things more than once, and we'd do it again. Honesty is cheaper than rework.
For POS systems in particular, we've learned that the technology is rarely the hard part — the hard part is the messy, real-world chaos of a busy restaurant on a Saturday night, a pharmacy juggling insurance claims, or a grocery store cycling through dozens of suppliers. Our POS work is shaped by hours spent standing behind counters, watching cashiers, listening to managers, and finding the smallest workflow changes that produce the biggest gains. The result is software your team will actually like using — not software they tolerate.
For hospital management systems, we draw on our experience delivering a full-stack healthcare platform for Civil Hospital Quetta, currently serving thousands of patients across Balochistan. Healthcare software has zero tolerance for downtime, ambiguity, or poor data hygiene — and we treat it that way. Every HMS project we deliver includes audit logs, role-based access control, encrypted backups, disaster-recovery planning, and proper documentation, because in healthcare the cost of cutting corners isn't measured in rupees.
On the web development side, we build sites and web platforms that perform: fast to load, fast to crawl, easy to edit, accessible by default, and structured for long-term SEO growth. Whether you need a small marketing site, a multi-tenant SaaS platform, or a customer portal that integrates with your existing ERP, we'll match the architecture to the actual problem — and we'll keep things boring on purpose where boring is safer.
Our SEO and digital marketing practice is built for businesses tired of vague reports and disappearing rankings. We focus on technical SEO health, well-structured content, real local relevance, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and honest reporting. We'll tell you when paid ads are wasting your money. We will not promise a #1 ranking by next Tuesday. What we will promise is a steady, defensible climb — and complete transparency on what is and isn't working.
So if you've read this far, you're probably the kind of client we'd love to work with: thoughtful, serious about getting it right, and willing to invest in real software craftsmanship. Use any of the contact methods above — the form, email, phone, WhatsApp, or a visit to our Quetta workspace. We'd genuinely like to hear what you're building.
Every industry has its own vocabulary, regulations, and gotchas. These are the ones where we've done enough projects to skip the learning curve and start delivering value on day one.
HMS, EMR, OPD/IPD modules, lab integrations, pharmacy management, appointment booking, and patient portals — proven with Civil Hospital Quetta at production scale.
POS, KOT printing, table management, online ordering, delivery integrations (foodpanda, Cheetay), inventory, and recipe costing.
Batch and expiry tracking, prescription handling, supplier management, regulatory reporting, and barcode-driven checkout.
Multi-branch POS, central inventory, supplier ledgers, customer loyalty programs, and warehouse management with barcode scanning.
Custom storefronts, headless commerce, JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Stripe checkout, courier integration with TCS, Leopards, and M&P, and abandoned-cart recovery flows.
School and academy management, fee collection, parent portals, attendance, results, and online learning modules.
Listing portals, lead management, agent dashboards, and developer project micro-sites tuned for local SEO.
Fleet tracking, driver apps, route optimization, dispatch dashboards, and customer-facing tracking pages.
Beneficiary registries, donation portals, multi-language sites, and reporting dashboards for transparent stakeholder updates.
We pick our stack pragmatically, project by project. These are the technologies we reach for most often — chosen for stability, hireability, and long-term maintainability, not novelty.
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite, Astro, shadcn/ui, Motion / Framer Motion, GSAP, and good old vanilla HTML/CSS when that's the right answer.
Node.js, Express, NestJS, Laravel, PHP, Python (FastAPI), tRPC, REST, and GraphQL — selected per project to match team skills and operational realities.
PostgreSQL (our default), MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, SQLite for edge cases, and Supabase / Firebase when speed-to-market beats self-hosting.
React Native and Flutter for cross-platform, native Swift or Kotlin when performance or platform-specific APIs demand it.
AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Docker, GitHub Actions, monitoring with Sentry and Uptime Kuma, and nightly off-site backups by default.
Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and our own dashboards for transparent client reporting.
These aren't marketing slogans — they're the working principles baked into every contract we sign.
Once we agree a scope, the price doesn't move. If we underestimate, that's our problem to solve — not your bill to inflate.
Source code, repositories, design files, domains, hosting credentials, and analytics — transferred to you on final payment. No vendor lock-in.
Every Friday during an active project you receive a written update plus a working build on staging. No silence, no surprises.
30 days of free bug-fixes after launch. After that, optional maintenance retainers keep your system healthy and growing.
Honest pricing is something we take seriously. Software in Pakistan is often priced opaquely — wildly cheap quotes that hide shortcuts, or wildly expensive quotes that hide nothing in particular. We try to do neither. After our discovery call, you receive a written proposal with a clear scope, a clear price, and a clear timeline. Nothing about that price changes unless the scope changes — and any scope change is discussed and agreed before any work happens.
As a rough guide: a focused marketing website typically runs between PKR 80,000 and PKR 350,000 depending on scope; a custom POS deployment for a single outlet generally falls between PKR 300,000 and PKR 900,000; a full hospital management system or multi-tenant SaaS platform is usually a six- or low seven-figure engagement billed across milestones. SEO and digital marketing retainers start at PKR 60,000 per month with a three-month minimum to actually move the needle. International clients are quoted in USD or EUR at equivalent ranges.
We are happy to scope work in stages so you can start small, validate, and grow without committing to the entire roadmap up front. We are equally happy to walk you through a competitor's quote and tell you, honestly, whether we think it's reasonable.
You bring the problem, the deadline, or the half-formed idea — we'll bring the engineering, the timeline, and the honest opinions. Let's start with a conversation.
